DB2 set up for DB2EE stage

Need some information as part to DB2 EE set up on ETL server.

1) We have multiple databases cataloged on ETL server - to set up DB2EE from ETL server to Remote database server - do we need to run the set up process (i mean run db2setup.sh and db2grant.sh) for each database?

2) As I mentioned we have multiple databases cataloged on ETL server - I could able to setup one database - it used

DSADM/firstpwd

as id and password - it is working fine . But i have another database to set up (if needed based on my point 1), but that uses

DSADM/secondpwd

- as this other database has set up from other ETL box - if I perform setup using DSADM/secondpwd - what will happen - as the db2esql.bnd is already set up on that and hope it doesn't corrupt the set from other ETL server.

Any information is appreciated.
