Hi,

Which Version you are using, like DS Enterprise edition. in this you can design server as well as parallel jobs and Mainframe jobs also.

You install DataStage Server and supply licenses at install-time, if this includes EE (Enterprise Edition, PX, Parallel) then you will be able to create Parallel jobs.

Go to the directory where DataStage is installed. Explore the folder and see if you find any folders like DSParallel, DataSet, PXEngine etc.

Then you aren't licensed for the EE / 'Enterprise Edition' of DataStage and are thus not allowed to create PX jobs. Talk to your DS Admin.

Send large pots of money to IBM (through your vendor) for an Enterprise Edition licence for parallel jobs.
