Limiting the no. of records while running the job.

When i run the job thru director i'm unable to limit the no. of records because the Option to limit the no. of records in the Limit Tab is disabled. Can some one suggest to enable this tab?

This tab can not be enabled for parallel job (other than for the warnings limit). The only way to limit the rows is to compile in trace mode. This is accomplished by opening the job properties window and selecting the Execution tab. It's intuitive from there - if not, click Help once there to get additional information.
