Study the chapter in Parallel Job Developer's Guide on the Oracle Enterprise, study also chapters 2 and 3. Trawl through the on-line help too.

As you noted, in the Oracle Enterprise stage type all you get is sqlcode on the reject link (plus all the columns from the input link, of course). It's not the same as the handling in the ORAOCI stage type to which you seem to refer.

As for date formats and null handling, you'd better tell us by what method you're sending data to Oracle. There are choices.
