Oracle error log files

Post by kashif007 »

I get the following error

HRY065_TRANSLATE_TBL_LGCY_Ldr,4: The system(sqlldr DEVL1_DB04FDWP/edison1358@ORAP062 CONTROL=ora.1577054.869903.4.ctl LOG=ora.1577054.869903.4.log BAD=ora.1577054.869903.4.log.bad SILENT=header PARFILE=ora.1577054.869903.4.par) failed; see the log file for the Oracle specific message.

Where can I see the log files for this. what location?
I want to see
ora.1577054.869903.4.log and ora.1577054.869903.4.log.bad

Thanks
Regards

A Search of the Forum would have revealed that, unless you dictate otherwise, they will be found in the directories identified in your current configuration file as scratch disk.

Search for 'all terms' and put in something like "oracle log location". It been discussed here a number of times.
