DataStage 7.5.2, IIS 801 Validate, Run Problem

Jobs will compile in DataStage 7.5.2 but will not show any action on validate or run.The Director log shows no entries

How are you trying to run the job?

I validated and ran DataStage 7.5.2 jobs from Director with no results after compiling successfully.
I validated and ran IIS 8.0.1 jobs from Designer with no results after compiling successfully.
I then validated and ran IIS 8.0.1 jobs from Director with no results.
In both cases no entries were logged by director.

Here is the error message in the &PH& error logs that i get when validating or running DataStage 7.5.2 or IIS 8.0.1 jobs (DB2/Oracle/Sybase/Teradata):
DataStage/SQL: Failed to establish internal local connection.

The entry in the uvodbc.config file should not be altered -- here is a copy
of that from uvodbc.config:

"localuv" as defined below - please do not alter this entry!

Therefore, the entry should remain as follows:

[ODBC DATA SOURCES]
<localuv>
DBMSTYPE = UNIVERSE
network = TCP/IP
service = uvserver
host = 127.0.0.1

We had changed the IP Address of the host.
The issue is now resolved. Both DataStage 7.5.2 and IIS 8.0.1 are working (on the same box).
