We are facing problem in using Load/Replace method in Oracle stage in datastage for all jobs.The jobs which were running earlier are now failing with the following error:
ANNUNCIATOR_INPUTS_OUTPUT_ldr,11: APT_FileExportOperator unable to export record: Record larger than fixed-length record stream
ANNUNCIATOR_INPUTS_OUTPUT_ldr,7: The system(sqlldr CONTROL=ora.2245090.633181.7.ctl LOG=ora.2245090.633181.7.log BAD=ora.2245090.633181.7.log.bad SILENT=header PARFILE=ora.2245090.633181.7.par) failed; see the log file for the Oracle specific message.
The Upsert option is working fine for the same job.
Resolution We got is to change the extended unicode option.
Change the extended attribute to not use unicode. The fact that it allowed unicode to act like non-unicode was a bug.
Pl kindly let us know whether it is a correct resolution or it might be due to some change in DATASTAGE server settings.
