7.5x2 and 8.0.1 as co-resident servers

Hi,
I am planning to trial install Information Server on my dev box which already has 7.5x2. Did anyone try this or faced any issues in doing so?

The installation guide mentions a Migrating to IBM Information Server Version 8 document which I am not able to spot in the download.

I tried the save-to-response-file-without-install mode. The issues spotted till now are

1. Does not identify my existing db2 8.2 installation - I need to upgrade this to 9. Helpfully, there is a bundled app with info server which will let me wipe 8.2 and install 9
2. Info server or DB2 needs Win2k3 to be upgraded to SP1. Installation stops at this point for me.
So while I scramble to get SP1 on my system, any inputs regarding incompatibilities with these two versions co existing will be highly appreciated.
