Filter Stage- Type: Fatal error

The problem is that you have not filled in the WHERE CLAUSE property in the Filter stage for the second output link (the first is number 0). On the Outputs tab in the Filter stage, select the output link name from the drop down list, choose the second, and you will see that there is no Where Clause property value supplied. Supply one.
Another way to open this link's properties is to right click on the stage and choose the link name from the pop-up menu.
