dssearch, dsadmin

Post by Madhu1981 »

Hi All,

I am using a command SELECT NAME, CATERGORY FROM DS_JOBS WHERE NAME = '<JOBNAME>' for searching the loacation of a job in a catagory.

I heard like we can also use desearch command for implementing the same. I have searched in online manuals and also in forum, but i didn't find the syntax, how to use it and where to use it. Is there any docs for the same

As i am interested in certification, i request all to provide the information, where do i get documentation for dssearch dsadmin.

Thanks in advance

Sure there is. Check in Server Job Developer's Guide under Command Line Interface. dsadmin and dssearch are explained after dsjob.
