link error

normal when job running the job's link display blue,if job finished it will change to green. when i execute job the link can't change to other color,it still show black. the log have two warning

1、warning：Failed to discover JobMonApp port, APT_ORCHHOME environment variable may not be set correctly.
2、warning：main_program: Failed to intialize job monitoring. Monitor information will not be generated），

You not able to see any stats bacause your JobMonApp is failing to startup. Do an exact search on keywords 'Failed to discover JobMonApp port' to see how others tackled the issue.
