I found this error in the Server Forum. We are receiving the following in the PX version
"ds_loadlibrary: Win32 error in LoadLibrary of mqs.dll - the specified module could not be found"
Has anyone ever received this message and how did you resolve.

Same problem though - the DLL is somewhere Windows isn't looking, or hasn't been installed. Do you have MQ Series server installed with your DataStage server? You need to.

same problem with dsdb2.dll
In our case the problem is user dependent. If we login DS as an administrator the jobs run fine, but for other users (that are in a domain group that has permissions on the dll) we get the same error. I read that the PATH must be set to the dll. That has been set, but anyhow the error persists.
So short, this is no more than a hint, not a real solution yet.
