Whenever I compile a Job which has the Transformer stage I get the following message in the warning.........
##E TBLD 000000 02:27:08(000) <main_program> Error when checking composite operator: Subprocess command failed with exit status 10496.
Please respond........as this is an urgent issue that is to be resolved for our project.

Did you not post this exact same question earlier? Also, I'll chime in before someone else does regarding the use of "urgent". What is urgent for you is not necessarily so for the volunteer members of this forum. You normally need a pricey service contract from your provider to get immediate replies to "urgent" requests and that doesn't come cheap.
I guess the problem isn't important enough for you to use the search facility and see the numerous times that this problem has already been discovered and solved.
