The BASIC Functions which are available in Server edition are not available in EE. However, there are few functions in EE which perform the equivalant job of what BASIC functions do such as TRIM etc. The functions that are available in EE are listed out in the EE pdf manuals.(Appendix B) Check them out.

Hi Welcome to EE,

Yes, some functions which are avialbale in the server is not present in Parallel.
Parallel have its own set of fucntions.
Go through the Parallel Job developers guide----- Functions at the end. You will get all functions.
You can check Orchestrate Reference Manual also for you reference.

The functions at the end of the Parallel Job Developers Guide are for the Transformer stage. Functions for the Modify stage are in the chapter for that stage. There are some errors; cross check with the Orchestrate Operators manual if you have a problem. For example, the Modify stage function for replacing null with a value is actually handle_null(), not null_to_value().

Ask your support provider to provide the "OEM 75" (Orchestrate) manuals. They should be able to get them from IBM in PDF format. They are handed out on all IBM training classes.
