How to validate the datastage PX Jobs?
Could anyone help me in this regard.

complie the job, press run button and select validate option

Never really seen the point of the validate job test. Why not just have a go running it. There's no point knowing that datastage could validate the job if it doesn't run 'cos you'll still have to fix it. ???

But there are scenarios where you cannot run the job in the given environment. Additionally, by Validating the job, the required output files will be created with empty content.
