Regarding importing from ODBC

hi all,
i am using Datastage Px 7.5 , the question is can we import the metadata from the ODBC ? i came to know that for parallel jobs we will never import the metadata from ODBC is it correct

You can import metadata from the ODBC, but the best option is to use Orchestrate Schema Definitions.

But before that you need to create a Data Source using ODBC.
