C++ or C Compiler on DataStage EE??

Post by Bryceson »

Hi Folks,

What type of compiler to use for DataStage EE?? Often time I hear C++ compiler and that is what it says in the online doc. Today in the forum I ran into someone saying C compiler!!! :?

People who are running DS EE throw me some facts . . . . does it matter for either one?

Thanks for everyone.

Have a look at the DataStage installation guide to make sure you get the right AIX package and version number for the C++ compiler. You should find the install guide in the client documentation folder on the install CD or you can install your DataStage client and access it through the start menu - DataStage online documenation.
