Can I get an evaluation version of Px

Can I get an evaluation version of PX to see if this can be used for my project. If yes, Where can I get this.

Depends on whether you can convince IBM India that providing you with such is likely to turn into a sale.

In general IBM policy is not to hand out evaluation versions unless there is a strong, and qualified, chance of a sale. This is not cheap software!

There is definitely no such thing as a "personal edition".

If your company is a partner or potential client of IBM you may be able to get evaluation software and licenses. If not then you might be better getting some open source ETL like Ketl or free ETL like Microsoft SSIS and practice with that.
