DB2 stage giving problems....

My target is DB2. i am using DB2 enterprise stage.
following fata errors r giving...
can any one suggest me...
DB2_UDB_Enterprise_57,0: DB2 Load Binary Error.
DB2_UDB_Enterprise_57,0: SQLCODE = -3508; SQLSTATE= ?????/tmp/APT_DB2_LOADMSG_db2inst10_REMOTE
DB2_UDB_Enterprise_57,0: SQL3508N Error in accessing a file or path of type "MSGFILE" during load or load query. Reason code: "1". Path: "/tmp/APT_DB2_LOADMSG_db2inst10".
DB2_UDB_Enterprise_57,0: Failed opening fifo /tmp/ordb226440173c687b_.000 after 90 seconds: No such device or address.
DB2_UDB_Enterprise_57,0: The runLocally() of the operator failed.
DB2_UDB_Enterprise_57,0: Input 0 consumed 0 records.

Thanks for valuable suggestion... but...

Today i am getting different Fatal error... as follows...

DB2_UDB_Enterprise_57: The db2 node `uhqt3cdb01.rei.com' does not exist in the apt configuration file.
main_program: Could not check all operators because of previous error(s)
main_program: Creation of a step finished with status = FAILED.


Can any one suggest me...

The db2 node 'uhqt3cdb01.rei.com' does not exist in the apt configuration file.

Put it in the configuration file!
