Error while starting the DataStage Telnet Service.

Hi,

After installing DataStage Enterprise edition for Windows,I'm not able to start the DataStage Telnet Service.I'm getting the following error,
DataStage error: Unable to bind socket to telnet port. WSA error: 10048.
Can anyone help me out in solving this issue?
