Api C- code page

if I create a new project using api C how can i setup a code page (change the default code page) ?

You're on the bleeding edge of the technology there, using the C API to create a project. I doubt that many folks have done what you're trying to achieve. There's got to be some property you can set, which is likely to be described in the C API manual. Off the top of my head I don't know what it is (and I don't have access to the manuals for a while - doing non-DataStage work at the moment). At worst you can create the project then modify its default code page via the Administrator client. Have you contacted your support provider?
