Calling a job in a SEQUENCER which is saved under the folder
HI FOLKS,
I have created some jobs and i have saved it in subfolder like Layer1jobs\Load1.
I have to run those jobs using sequencer.
when i opened the jobactivity in jobname i couldnt find any of my jobs which has been created under the folder.
How to attach those jobs which are saved under folder.
We are working in DataStage7.5 server editon.
Any help please...
Many thanks in advance..
with regards,
Girija.

Hopefully that fixes it, as they should have all shown up - and a blown index would go a long way towards explaining the behaviour.
A tip for creating Sequencers that I had no idea you could do until I saw someone else do it. Instead of adding an 'empty' Job Activity stage to the canvas and then scolling through the list of jobs looking for the right one - drag the job itself from the repository browser directly onto the canvas and drop it there. It will automagically get converted to a Job Activity stage that runs that job.
Sweet!
Routines will do the same thing, but to a Routine Acitivity stage of course.
