Hi
In my production system two jobs are running each loads data of around 10 Millions Records to SAP BW which is the target my production system CPU utilization is showing 100% will be any problem effecting the CPU or any issue may pop up pls let me know and to reduce this any idea.

Only that you have no spare capacity to do anything else at the time.
If you don't want to do anything else at the time, this is not a problem. Faster CPUs would allow you to get through the work faster, given that your current hardware has no idle capacity.
