UPsert Operation

Hi

I am using an UDB enterprise Stage in UPSERT mode. (job has only 2 stages, read from dataset and and load into UDB)
When I run the job with same data 2 times, after the second run log still shows the records inserted more than 0 (very high number about 20% of total records).

When we are using UPSERT stage, second run with same data should result in all UPDATE, why is that I am getting inserts as per log??

Also when I do 'show persformance stats' in designer rate ROW/COUNT value is -Ve, does it indicate something?

I am facing a weird problem with this job, there are some records in Dataset that are not being loaded into UDB table. Log shows no records are rejected. ( I verified that no records are rejected pulling reject link from UDB enterprise stage)

I have no clue whats happening.. any idea GURUs??

I have made sure update keys are proper.
