Errors in Datastage: Please provide inputs

Hi people,

We need some feedback on following errors. Any input will be appreciated.

1.Parallel job reports failure (code Internal error - missing script file RT_SC1273/OshExecuter.sh

2.Once the job is started, it runs for some time(row count changing) and then row count stops changing.The job remains in running mode in director but we are unable to either stop the run or to compile.The only possible way to come out of the loop is to open the job in designer and compile it.

Both the errors are not consistant ie. the occurance of these errors is random for any job and for any run.
We are working on ascential datastage version 7.1.
In case you know of or can sugegest any reason for the above, feel free to mail me.

Hi,

The fisrt problem, which is RT_<NN> script file is missing is a bug in DS 7.1 and we reported the problem to Ascential. And we applied the patch that was provided by Ascential. Pls check with your Ascential support.

I have no idea abt the second issue.
