ORCHESTRATE process

Post by nivas »

Hi
Could anybody please look into the following error.

node_node2: Fatal Error: Unable to start ORCHESTRATE process on node node2 (scarecro): APT_PMPlayer::APT_PMPlayer: fork() failed, Resource temporarily unavailable

main_program: Fatal Error: Unable to start ORCHESTRATE job: APT_PMwaitForPlayersToStart failed while waiting for players to confirm startup.

thanks
Nivas

What does your default.apt or whatever you named the aptlook like so we can see node2? Is the fastname right (do a uname -n on the server)? Does node 2 even exist? if node 2 exists is it in a separate mount-point? and so on

Hi nivas,

Try to monitor the virtual memory. You may not have enough space.

Good luck
