Removal of Information Server from Services tier

Hi,

We are getting error while trying to uninstall the InformationServer software in services tier.

Error Details:

sudo /home/install/IBM/InfoSphere/is-suite/_uninstall/__uninstall -console
INFO: Un-Installation program will be running in this session, please do not close uninstallation window until uninstallation program completes.
The java executable was not found, aborting uninstallation.

Can you please suggest how to uninstall the software?

Did someone try to delete the install path manually?

Did you source dsenv before doing the uninstall?

What debugging have you tried so far?

Did you think about doing a manual uninstall? (instructions are found on the web, just google it)

I did manually removed the software and re-installed it. its working fine without any issues.
