I am working in migration project and we need to convert the Cognos Data Manager job to DataStage. I heard there is an utility available to convert the jobs.

If available please share

I've never heard of any such utility but since both are IBM products, perhaps this is something they have in-house and offer as a service. In exchange for a large sum of money.

You'll need to talk to IBM or an IBM partner.

I just did a project converting Data Manager to DataStage. The work is all manual and there is no tool available. It is a bit of an arduous process.

There is a tool called IBM Cognos Data Manager Migration Assistant.

Demo here:

I think you need to install the latest Cognos patches to get it.

Interesting and seems to be new as of June? From the video's description:
The Migration Assistant is a new feature added to IBM Cognos Data Manager 10.2.1 to help customers migrate their Data Manager (DM) solutions to IBM InfoSphere DataStage (DS). It is envisaged that the tool is used as part of a migration project, potentially involving services provided by IBM and/or its partners. This video provides an overview on how the Migration Assistant can be used, along with a full DM feature mapping to DataStage, including clear identification of DM features not supported.
Potentially involving.

Goes nicely with the IBM partner webinar they held around that time on that very topic. Wonderful opportunity...
