We have a situation where a Datastage job deleted data from a Teradata table. We are trying to get information on who is the user who triggered that job. Unfortunately, that particular job has been deleted. is there a way I can retrieve job log info associated with a job that has been deleted ?

No.

Well, unless perhaps you have a backup of the repository from before the deletion and then it would depend on where your logs are being stored.

If you know WHEN the job was executed, you could look in the websphere logs to see which user ids were active (logged in just prior to delete).
