Datastage Operations Console Event files

Hi
We are planning to enable Operations Console on our Datastage server to monitor.
I am trying with DEV server first. I have updated "DSODBConfig.cfg" file with proper value to enable OpsConsole and also Repository "DSODB" registered.
I hope fro each job Ops Console will create one event file and then these event files data move into Database.
Is there any way we can clean-up these event files automatically?
