Export DataStage components (Include dependent items)

In the Help of Repository Export user interface, I have not found documentation for the check box "Include dependent items". What is meant "dependent item" in this context ?

If you have a job sequence called "S" that calls up routine "R" and jobs "J1" and "J2" then when exporting "S" with the 'include dependant items' checked the export file will also contain objects "R", "J1" and "J2".

It will take rather longer to produce this export, since Information Server has to scan the repository to determine which the dependent items are for each item selected to be exported.
