Datastage job triggering issue from Tivoli

Hi,
I am triggering a script with different parameters, that triggers a datastage Parallel job with different instances at same time.
Sometimes they are running as expected and some times jobs are failing with the following error:
ERROR: Failed to lock job
Status code = -10 DSJE_JOBLOCKED
When I re-run the job, it is running as expected. This is happening couple of times in week and rest of the times, it is working as expected.
Can anyone suggest what needs to be done.
