How to connect EMC Documentum Content Server

Hi,

Could you please provide some inputs on connecting to Documentum Server to fetch data through datastage.

1) Through ODBC can we connect and fetch data using DQL (Documentum Query Language)?
2) Through Java API can we fetch the data and load into a file and then process the same?

Please guide me how to proceed on this.

Do you have any Documentum people you work with who could answer those questions for you?

Yes Craig, documentum team is there.

And? Your questions are general access ones, you don't have to bring DataStage into them at all so don't worry about that point. I have a small Documentum team here as well, worst case I may be able to ping them and see if they have any words of wisdom if you don't get any traction with your group.
