Hi All,

I have installed Datastage Version 8.7 in Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition Os.The Installation got successful but after restarting the system I could not open the Web Console URL.

When I try to open the web console it show the message "Page could not be displayed" .. am I Missing Something.

can anyone shed some light on what has to be done after the successful Installation of Datastage.

I also tried to open the first steps which is avaialble in websphere application under the profile menu to check whether the server is running or not.It gives me the message that server1 is already running.

Can anyone help me sort out the above problem.

Did you enter the correct URL? (http://serviceshost:9080/ibm/iis/console)

Is the WebSphere Application Server process running?

I did start the server and the service is running.

I also checked whether it running or not through the "First Steps" in the profile where I got a message saying server1 is already in running state.

But,when I enter the web console URL it gives "page cannot be displayed."

Got no clue why its showing !!!

when i check netstat -a|grep 9080 i dont get any result
