Hi Team,

we have designed Email Notification seq for sending E-Mail with attachment..
If I check below option in the Mail_Notification ..It's working fine.
Option--->Include job status in the Email.

but my requirement is no neeed to send JOB STATUS REPORT in the subject.

If I uncheck the above option...we are not getting the attachment.

Please do the needful...

And what value did you enter in the "EMail Subject:" field?

Which version of datastage are you working on? what is that you are using for email notification is it Notification Activity or DssendemailAttachment Routine.If you are using Notification Activity switch to routine DSsendemailattachment.Hope this helps.

They are two separate options and one should not be affecting the other. What's in the Sequence job's log with regards to the Notification Activity stage, what information is it logging? Any issues with it finding the attachment?

If this is a bug in your version and you truly are back in the 7.x world you are pretty much out of luck and will need (as noted) to switch to a custom routine.

There's a check box in the Notification activity. Uncheck it and the job status report will not be attached.
