Deploying the code from SVN

Hi Experts,

I have a task of deploying the datastage code from SVN, for which I have integrated Manager and SVN and comitted my codes to SVN. But facing below issues:

1. After deploying the code from SVN to the same region, the jobs are in not compiled state.
2. The SVN repositoy structure is HostName->Project->Jobs. Shall we change this structure? (explored on preferences in IIS manager. But unable to find any options for this).
3. The job name in Workspace/SVN are appended with some junk characters. Is that possible to remove those?
