I have deleted few jobs from the folder using designer client, its deleted from the folder but when I listed the jobs using dsjob command I can see those jobs in the list.

How can I delete all those unwanted jobs (those are not present in designer client or in director)?

When you deleted the jobs, did you get any error or did anything unexpected happen?

Such problems can be fixed using syncProject.sh (i don't remember the exact name) or using ISALite. you can search using these two keywords on this site.
