Client error: Unable to read value from underlying bridge

Hi- I have just installed Information Server 8.0.1 Datastage clients on my machine. I am facing the below error while opening DS clilent.

Failed to authenticate the current user against selected domain:
CORBA MARSHAL 0x4942f89a No; nested exception is:
org.omg.CORBA.MARSHAL: Unable to read value from underlying bridge : com.ascential.asb.util.security.ClientType.readResolve vmcid: IBM minor code: 89A

What could be the reason? plz suggest..

Hi- I have installed the softwares that were mentioned in the above link to resolve the connectivity issues. But still I am facing the same error. Can anyone suggest on right solution?

Which of the five scenarios did you determine fit your case? Exactly what software did you install?

Chulett- I have followed Resolution 2 in Scenario 4. But still no luck.
Plz suggest if there is anyother resolution.

I have no idea, was just trying to get some clarity around what you've tried so far. At this point I would suggest you involve your official support provider.

It might be a permissions issue - especially on a new install:
