Install FP1 on IIS 8.5

Hello,
We installed IBM IIS 8.5 on RHEL 6 (64-bit) PRODUCTION box recently, imported jobs (~350) from DEV and in production mode for a week. Per oracle "In order to use the IBM Information Server version 8.5 in conjunction with EPM 9.1, the following patches are required . They MUST be applied following the installation and configuration of the Information Server"
Has anyone installed Fix Pack(s) on IIS 8.5 after jobs are imported (and running) and run into any issues?
