APT_CONFIG_file for information server director job

Post by peep »

Hi we are using Web service gate way jobs

we have a job that is running in ISD(Information server director console).

does this job need single node configuration ?

I see a error message
main_program: Applying one-node constraint because this is an Information Server Director job, APT_CONFIG_FILE contains multiple nodes, and APT_ONE_NODE_CONSTRAINT=false is not set.

I think if I have more that 50 warning the job will abort. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Let's begin with the second question. The number of warnings before the job aborts is an option that can be specified in Director or at run time (for example the -warn option of the dsjob command).

There is no real reason to run ISD jobs in sequential mode although, fairly clearly, it's sensible to do so if only one row is to be processed. Indeed I'd probably opt for a server job in that circumstance.

At job level APT_CONFIG has not set to single node file.
so the job had errors in the log .
As per settings more 50 warning abort the job .

human error.
