Information Server Manager Error w/ Deploy Package From File

Job created, tested, complied in DEV
Package created in DEV
Package checked into Subversion
Package exported from Subversion to file system
In QA select Deploy Package From --> File
Click Deploy

Failed: Unable to log on to the DataStage server: No universe credentials found for this user.



I have a PMR open with IBM, searched Google and DSX. There does not seem to be anyone who has received this particular error. Maybe I just missed it.

Any help you may provide will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome aboard.

Using Web Console for Information Server login as Suite Administrator and open the Domain Management menu on the Administration tab. That's where credentials are set. The error suggests that they have not been set.

Thank you for the reply. I have been out of the office for a week and just getting back to this.

I had my administrator login to the Web Console on our DEV box to look at the credentials...nothing jump out at us as needing to be changed/updated/set. Below are links to three screenshots that show what we are seeing. Not sure if these will be helpful or not...

Disregard last post...permissions were not set correctly in QA. I full access in DEV and QA now and the package deployed property...no errors.

Is the package checked into subversion using Information server manager? Or the code is exported to particular path and checked into SVN?
