IBM Datastage Parallel JOB

Is it possible to open any Datastage Parallel JOB in View?.
I'm not sure what you mean by "View". If you mean read-only, the answer is that this is driven by DataStage roles. A DataStage Developer opens jobs in read-write mode, but a DataStage Super Operator opens jobs in read-only mode.
A Developer attempting to open a job already opened for editing in another session will have the option of opening a read-only copy.
