Information Server Web Console Issue

Hi,

We have V8.7 on Wondows 2008 R2

After logging on the Server that hosts the Information Server, when we try to login in the Information Server via the Web Console shortcut..it is not doing anything (does not go anywhere) when we hit the "Done" button after entering the correct credentials (isadmin..)

We already tried rebooting the server but that does not help either

All services, related to Datastage/Information Server that we can see are also running.

(We have been able to login successfully before as this is not the first attempt). We need to login to map the credentials as these have changed for a user!

Anyone seen such an issue before? Any resolution/suggestions

The Issue was that it was using the default 64-bit Internet Explorer (once we installed a patch) as earlier it was usng the 32-bit, I believe, since it was working fine

We opened the link in 32-bit IE and it worked as expected
