Hi at all, I want to ask the following:

is there a way for to install free datastage Server on my pc such that I can learn as use it at my home in free time?
Say, for example, a free version of the server.

Sorry but there's no such thing.

And even if there were you would need to be running Windows Server 2008R2 (assuming Information Server version 8.7 or later).

You would also need a supported visual studio C/C++ compiler and a Db2 OR SQL server database on your PC . Not sure if DB2 Express will work .
