jobs missing from designer

Post by peep »

Hi

we have imported .dsx file and when we open in director there are 6 jobs and when opened in designer there are 2 jobs missings.

so again deleted the jobs in the director and re imported them..then they have reflected in both designer and director.

not sure what's the cause of this . Is there any ways that I can see in logs who loged in or what steps they have done.

Was the first import selective (and did you select only the executables, not the job designs)?

Did you refresh the Repository view in Designer? It does not auto-refresh. Find Refresh option on the Repository menu.

ok make sense ..

we have rstarted DB and DSengine...

after the our deployment team had exported .. they found jobs in director but not in designer ..

so they have deleted those jobs and re imported . then they are fine.

do you think it is because of the designer is not refreshed?

Impossible to say now that they have been deleted and re-imported.
