Migrating Ascential Datastage 7.5 to IBM infoshpere 8.5

Hi,

We would like to migrate from Ascential to IBM infosphere 8.5. Could you help me getting the below information

1) What are the improvements, changes (algorithm) etc between Ascential Datastage and IBM Infoshpere ? any material will be greatly appreciated

2) Step by Step guide of migration process..

All of that would be documented in the new release itself or on IBM's website.
