Information server 8.5 Installation issue

Hi

We are trying to install information server 8.5 on Linux. but stuck at the "Checking the system requirements" window. It shows the status all "passed".
but not moving from the middle.

Any quick thoughts ??

After rebooting the Linux box it worked fine.
