I am struggling to read my Datastage log in milliseconds to track the request and response time.

Can somebody tell me how can I change the setting in DataStage director to reflect milliseconds?

Ah. An easy question. You can't.

Perhaps you could use the operations console to understand your response times (depending upon your version of datastage).
