Command line export of 7.5 jobs using 8.5 client

Hello,
We have 8.5 and 7.5 client installed on two different Windows machine. We have written and tested a Window batch script which backs up 7.5 projects. The issue now is we can't schedule it on 7.5 Windows client due to Admin policies (it's a terminal server). However we can schedule it on 8.5 Windows machine.
Is there a way to export 7.5 project using 8.5 client?
We could install 7.5 in 8.5 Windows (I mean Windows containing 8.5 client) but is there a way where we could control Multi Client Manager to switch from 8.5 to 7.5 using command line and then kick off the back up script? Is there any better approach?
