How to read a password protected file in Datastage

Could any one assist us in clarifying the below query

I would like to read a password protected file in datastage. Is this be achievable in Datastage job? If yes, please provide us the way or steps.

Need more info... how to access it (from the web, via FTP, etc.)? Is the file encrypted and if so, with what?
